Sauvignon Blanc Sauvignon Blanc: As soon as the cap of this Napa Valley grown 2009 Sauvignon Blanc is opened, the aromas of key lime, citrus, and passion fruit fill the immediate area. The wine is big on flavors of citrus and lime with a lively texture that yields to the freshness and pleasure of a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. Serve this wine with just about any medium to light fare. The wine can be enjoyed on its own or with anything that calls for fresh, flavorful Vin Blanc.
Cabernet Franc The Fury Revolver Wine Company Cabernet Franc “The Fury”: Look for amazing character from this wine right from the first aroma-- violets, blackberry, and sweet herbs are a very intriguing lead into a depth filled pallet balanced by slightly toasted oak and moderate tannins. Definitely enjoyable now, previous vintages have proved to grow in intensity and some of the ruggedness turns more supple with time. The fruit for this wine comes from a select few Cabernet Franc vineyards all south of Yountville in the Napa Valley.
Petite Sirah “Perdition” This is the inaugural vintage of Revolver Wine Company's Petite Sirah. The 2007 Perdition displays an assortment of hearty aromas starting with crushed black pepper, dark berry and finishing with fragrances of sandal wood and dry earth. On the pallet Perdition has a smooth round texture, in which the distinctive flavors of blackberry, white pepper and mesquite wood come through. The intense fruit for this vintage beckons from vineyards just south of Yountville and Chiles Valley.

Proprietary Red Proprietary Red: Since the first vintage in 1997 Page Wine Cellars Proprietary Red has long paid homage to the roots of old world wine making. Crafted as a right bank style Bordeaux blend, the 2007 vintage consists primarily of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, which make up nearly three-quarters of the cuvee. The remaining quarter is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon rounded out by small additions of Petit Verdot, and Malbec. These five varietals mingle flawlessly to create an alchemy of intricate flavors and velvety textures. The 2007 Proprietary Red displays an elegant and supple pallet under which the warm flavors of baked black cherries and roasted cacao bean are expressed. Aromas of dark summer berries, cinnamon, and chocolate continue to develop as the wine continues to open in the glass. This is a wine designed to push the barriers of complexity.
Stash Cabernet Sauvignon The Stash 2007 is a sexy lush wine - without question. It is powerful, amazingly complex, and quintessentially Cabernet Sauvignon. The small addition of Cab Franc and Petit Verdot lifts up the power of the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Franc adds a light violet floral aroma to the nose. Fresh out of the oven blueberry pie flavors interlaced with blackberry and cedar lead to a finish with a brilliant note of toasted cocoa and coffee beans. As the wine unfolds on the pallet, lush fruit gives way to a seductive texture that seems to continually brush the senses with an assortment of spices and deep black cassis. Completely balanced in nature, The Stash reflects what an amazing wine should be. Very limited production - only 146 six packs produced.
